"Very rude assistant / manager"

The last time I tried to buy something from this store the guy serving was extremely rude to me and told me to f. off .what happened to the customer is always right . A shop keeper should not speak to a lady in that way .I certainly will not be going in the shop again and people who heard him immediately put they purchases back and walked off. NOT good for trade my friend.
