Maltby housing co op has undergone many changes over the last couple of years and provides some of the best housing in the area at very low rents . All properties have seen major improvements with no rent increases.The rents are amongst the lowest in the country. Anyone any valid concerns feel free to contact the management to discuss any issues. Houses are are inspected annually where tenants can list any concerns which are quickly dealt with..
